She had her start in the adult entertainment field when she posed for Penthouse magazine and became Pet of the Month in January 2006. That same year she was also a Twisty's Treat of the Month. In 2007 she was named as Penthouse Pet of the Year. Her first adult film contract was with Ninn Worx who featured her in films such as "Aperture", "Sacred Sin", "Fem L'Amour" and "Meet Heather" which all came out in 2006 and 2007. The final film is all Heather and even includes a lot of interview footage. Her lovely face appears as the DVD box cover as well.

 

Although Heather Vandeven is a heterosexual woman, she never found the men in the military very attractive. Her roommate was a lesbian woman who she described in an interview as a bull dyke who also hit on her. One night coming home drunk she opened the shower door and asked Heather to join her in the bedroom but she refused. She only performs in lesbian and solo scenes during her adult career, but insists that she loves men and has relationships with them often. The only problem she has is that some guys get jealous of her work and always ask her about who she's going to be with or what she was doing at work all day.

 

Heather Vandeven has had some mainstream roles such as in the Cinemax After Dark show called "Life On Top" where she played Bella Marie. She appeared with fellow Penthouse Pet Valentina Vaughn in the comedy film "College" in 2008. She even has a voiceover speaking role in the video game "Don King Presents: Prizefighter" from 2k Sports. She retired from the adult industry in 2009 after appearing in only 16 films much to the disappointment of adoring fans.
