Jessica Drake is a porn performer extraordinaire who hails from San Antonio, Texas. It was when she was attending college and pursuing her degree in psychology that she began stripping at a local club to bring in some more money that she chanced to meet an aspiring adult film director who would go by the name Michael Raven. Over some period of time she became acquainted with adult modeling and worked on the set of a Jill Kelly porn movie as a condom and lube girl. She performed in a few films directed by Raven who had begun working for Sin City Productions. Early titles were "Modern Love" and "Midas Touch" in which Jessica performed straight and lesbian sex scenes.

She wound up signing a performing contract with the studio but after about a year she knew that it wasn't a good fit and so ended the contract and began working as an independent performer. Splitting her time between feature dancing at strip clubs and filming porn movies, it was her intent to prevent burn out. In the year 2000 she performed in a film called "Shayla's Web" from VCA pictures and did a very sexy strip tease opening to her hardcore scene with Erik Everhard. Ms. Drake was inducted into the AVN pornstar Hall of Fame in 2010 and the XRCO Hall of Fame in 2011.
